Refund policy
- Our Brand has a strict no-return policy on all products, except in the case of a manufacturing defect. All items are carefully inspected prior to dispatch to ensure that your purchase is in perfect order.
- Items purchased online may be exchanged within three days of being delivered to you. You will need to bear the cost of the sending the returned item back to us, as well as for the delivery cost of the item sent in exchange. The procedure for online exchange is as follows:
- Please contact us via email or telephone and provide the following:
- Your order reference number
- Reason for exchange
- The codes of the article(s) you wish to receive in exchange
Our customer service agent will confirm if you are still eligible to exchange your purchase, and provide you with an Exchange Reference number. The article will still be subject to physical inspection.
- A purchase may only be exchanged once.
- Sale, discounted or promotion items cannot be exchanged.
