Ordering Process
Please place your order online by following the simple checkout instructions for items added to your shopping cart.
You may also place your order via direct message on Instagram, where our agents will be happy to assist you.
Once your order is received, product availability will be rechecked. You will then receive a confirmation call, during which you may reconfirm, modify, or cancel your order.
After reconfirmation, you will receive an SMS and/or email containing a reference number. Please quote this reference number in all correspondence or when tracking your order.
Upon confirmation, your order will be dispatched and will normally be delivered within 2–4 business days, depending on your location.
As per company policy, payment must be made to the courier agent before receiving and opening the sealed package.
